Usage and Analytics consists of two main components that help administrators understand platform adoption and value:

Account Analytics
Understanding Account Engagement
Account Analytics provides a comprehensive view of all accounts your teams have added to PG:AI, with detailed metrics to understand engagement levels:
Engagement Metrics
Total events, page views, active days, and unique user views per account
Timeline Data
Date added, last activity date, months since added, days since last activity
Account Details
Company industry, revenue category, employee count, and who added the account
Export Capabilities
Filter by date range and export all data to CSV for further analysis
