The big picture

We rebuilt PG:AI from scratch on a new backend architecture designed to be composable, scalable, and agent-native. This isn’t a UI refresh - it’s a fundamentally different platform that enables everything below, plus a roadmap we couldn’t have shipped on V1. The result: faster enrichment, a dramatically better AI agent, a composable content layer, territory-level planning, and a unified workspace that pulls everything together.

Faster enrichment

Account plan generation is 3–4x faster. What used to take 5–10 minutes now completes in 2–3. The underlying enrichment pipeline has been rebuilt to parallelise research across data sources, so you’re waiting less and working sooner.

New interface

A completely new UI that’s significantly easier to navigate and better to look at - with or without the agent open. The company view retains the same conceptual structure you’re used to, but surfaces more data in a cleaner layout. Navigation, search, and account switching are all faster.

Territory analysis

The go-to-market planning layer. Territory gives RevOps and sales leaders a structured, data-driven workspace to define territories, score and rank accounts, run AI-powered scenarios, and focus their teams on the opportunities that matter most. Instead of managing territories in static spreadsheets, Territory brings together enriched account data, configurable scoring models, strategic insight criteria, and AI recommendations - all in one place.
Score and rank accounts using configurable models that go beyond firmographics - incorporating strategic signals, hiring data, tech stack alignment, and competitive positioning.
Run what-if scenarios across your territory: “What if we weighted hiring signals higher?” or “Show me accounts where our use cases align with their stated priorities.” The AI re-ranks in real time.

Studio

Studio is where intelligence becomes action. Every other module in PG:AI builds intelligence - Territory scores your accounts, Account gives you deep research, Contact maps the people, Monitoring watches for changes. Studio is where you use all of that to actually do something.

AI Agent

A brand-new, dramatically more capable AI agent. This isn’t the Q&A assistant from V1 - it’s a research agent that can work autonomously on your behalf: running multi-step research, pulling from live data sources, generating content, and taking actions across your accounts.
The agent has full access to every intelligence module for the account you’re viewing - strategic priorities, contacts, tech stack, financials, hiring data, enrichment history, and previous conversations. Every response is grounded in what PG:AI actually knows.

Canvas

A composable content surface where you generate, edit, and refine deliverables. Canvases can contain free-form text or structured UI components - and you can edit them yourself or collaborate with the agent, similar to working with an AI-powered IDE. Use cases include account briefs, engagement plans, email sequences, meeting prep docs, discovery question sets, competitive comparisons, and anything else a GTM team member would need to produce.

Monitor replaces ad-hoc checking - Google Alerts, LinkedIn notifications, manual scans - with systematic, contextual monitoring powered by your Intelligence data.
