The Situation:


A customer selling contact center quality assurance software needed a way to effectively engage key decision-makers from prospects at CX events. With only 5 minutes to make an impact on these busy executives, they needed a short, impactful document that clearly conveyed their understanding of the prospect’s business and the value they could bring.

How They Used PG:AI:

  • Step 1: They used the Three Whys tab in the Engage page to quickly pinpoint the prospect’s key CX initiatives, then used “Why Now” to understand which initiatives were most top-of-mind for the executive.

  • Step 2: The rep leveraged the AI Assistant to extract key insights from earnings calls. They asked, “What are the key quotes related to their customer experience goals?” The assistant provided relevant quotes, including who said them, which they incorporated into their document.

The Outcome:


The result was a concise, two-page document demonstrating a deep understanding of the executive’s CX priorities, why those priorities were critical at that moment, and a direct quote from the CEO. This document led to a successful 1-hour NBM the following week, which has since turned into a new opportunity.
