In this article you will learn how to create emails within PG:AI using the email templating function within the content tab, or using the AI toolkit.
Content Templates:

Step 1: Navigate to the content tab on the left side bar and click into it.
Step 2: Add content group using the "Add Group" button on the top right corner of the screen.
Step 3: Choose the group name and the language you would like it in.
Step 4: In the top right corner of your screen, press "Add Setting" to start preparing a template.
Step 5: A template will appear infront of you. Here you can use the following parameters to make a laser focussed email:
Word count
Content type - email, cold call script, call notes
Persona content - choose the persona you wish for this to be relevant for (if set up)
Context data - choose which account data you would ike to use as context for the email i.e. value pyramid, strategic priorities, digital strategies.
User datasets - choose which of your organisational data would you like to use as context i,e, your website or any playbooks you have ingested.
Content Instruction - prompt PG:AI on what you would like your email to look like. Here is an example prompt below:
“You are writing an email from a salesperson at {{your company}} to a Chief Marketing Officer at this prospect with the aim of booking a meeting to explore how {{your company}} can help.
The email should follow this structure:
Hi {name},
Saw that [insert strategy, initiative, goal or thing they are doing related to cloud migration]
Then ask a question about this strategy, initiative, goal or thing they are doing that is related to {{your company}} and set up a short elevator pitch about {{your company}}.
Then explain how {{your company}} can support this strategy, initiative, goal or thing they are doing and reference a relevant case study.
Then on a new line provide a call to action”
Step 6: Test your template using the "Test Content" button in the top right. You may want to make interations before proceeding.
Step 7: Once you are happy with this, press "Save Changes" in the bottom left corner to successfully create your template.
Step 8: Repeat this process again if you would like to add more emails, cold call scripts or notes to your content group.
Pro Tip:
In the content instruction, you can put an example of your best email in and instruct PG:AI to enrich it with specific information in certain places. That way, you will have your best emails generated, specific to every company you add!
Applying the content group to the accounts added in PG:AI.
There are three ways to apply your new content group to existing or future accounts within PG:AI:
For a single account click on an account and head over to the content tab and press "Add Content" and choose your content group.
To do it for multiple / all exsiting accounts - head to the home page > select multiple accounts by clicking the boxes next to the logo > press actions in the top right > choose content group > pick specific content group > apply.
Add the content group as part of your standard workflow - click settings on the left side bar > click the platform settings tab > choose workflows > click on the workflow you want to add it to > choose your newly made content group in the content group dropdown > edit workflow.
